Delivery Information and Waiting Times
Christmas orders for 2017 will not be guaranteed after the 31st of october 2017 for LibertyRainne products only.(please check individual product descriptions for each of our designers shut down dates)
You will receive an email once your order is completed and ready to pack. Your order will then be dispatched 2-3 days after.
If being sent via a courier (A large parcel – Memory boxes, caskets etc) you will recieve an estimated delivery date via email from our courier after your email from the website and your order will be tracked.
If your order is a flat or very small item (keyrings, Freestanding items) your order will be dispatched via royal mail 2nd class. Tracked postage is available upon request.
Made to order items:
- Made to order items includes any items that are personalised or require hand painting, can take up to 6 weeks to complete (This does not include the dispatch time).
- Weatherproofed items can take a further week to dry enough to allow packaging, so please add this to your usual waiting period.
- For items where you are notified your product has been back ordered, please allow up to 28 working days for your order to be processed.
During Peak trade, these waiting times may vary greatly dependant on supplier delivery schedules.
Our waiting times listed are conservative estimates, and we will do our very best to get your items to you sooner, but on occasion deliveries from suppliers may be late, or items may be damaged upon arrival – Updates are regularly posted on our social media sites for immediate information. If you have a specific date you require your gifts by, please drop us an email before you place your order to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll see how we can help.
Please ensure the shipping address you have provided is correct – If you discover that this address is inaccurate, please inform us at email@example.com with your order number as the subject header, at your earliest convenience in order for us to correct before dispatch. If you fail to do so, Libertyrainne will not be held liable for missing items, and further postage costs will be applied before your item will be re sent.
In the unlikely event that you miss delivery of your goods and your item is sent back, we will ask for postage to be repaid or your order cancelled. (Where the items are not personalised)
